News: Service Update: Correction Notice Regarding VPS Package RAM Listings

We would like to issue a correction regarding a recent marketing error on our website.
Some of our VPS packages were incorrectly listed as including DDR5 RAM, when in fact they are provisioned with high-performance DDR4 RAM.

While DDR4 remains a reliable and performant standard for virtualized environments, accuracy and transparency are top priorities for Cloudnium. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

To ensure fairness, we are offering a full refund for the current month’s service to any customer who purchased one of the affected VPS packages and wishes to request reimbursement.

before November 15, 2025.
